Delivery
Downloads are available in your DopaFix account after payment. Each download link is personal, works for a short time and a limited number of times; you can create a new link from your account while your access is active.
Your purchased downloads stay available in your account for at least 12 months from the purchase date. Please keep a copy of your files on your own device.
Personal use
When you buy a product you get a personal licence to use it yourself, for non-commercial purposes. You may print it for your own use. You may not resell, share, upload or redistribute the files or the content, in whole or in part. The content remains the property of its authors.
The paid self-assessment
The paid self-assessment is a self-assessment for reflection, not a diagnosis, a clinical assessment, a medical device or treatment, and it does not replace a qualified healthcare professional.
Your answers are used to calculate your result and are not stored: we keep the result (area levels, summary and suggestions) so you can open it again in your account, for the period described in the privacy notice. You can delete your account and its results at any time from the account page.
Guided programmes
A guided programme (such as Bloom 30) is a self-help programme, not treatment or a diagnosis, and it does not replace a qualified healthcare professional. You open it from your account for as long as your access is active. Your progress, check-ins and notes are saved only in your own browser; we cannot see or restore them, but you can download your notes as a text file.
Your access to a purchased programme lasts at least 12 months from the purchase date.
Problems with a download
If a file does not open or a link has expired, contact us with your order reference.
