What a day looks like

  • A short read. Why the pattern happens, in plain language, without “just try harder”.
  • One thing to do today.Small, concrete and tested by adults with similar patterns.
  • A smaller version for heavy days.Doing the small version counts as done.
  • A question to answer.Your notes stay in your own browser.
  • Keep it or leave it.Mark the days that help. On day 30 they become your personal keep-list, ready to print.
An example day from Bloom 30.

The 30 days

  1. Day 1: set the stage.A time, a place and a reminder that already fit your day.
  2. Days 2 to 25: the six petals.Four days each for starting, time, focus, organisation, finishing and overwhelm.
  3. Days 26 to 28: your story.Swapping verdicts for descriptions, counting what worked, planning the return after a lapse.
  4. Days 29 and 30: your keep-list.Look back, keep the few tools that fit and give each one a cue.

Questions

Do I need to be diagnosed first?

No. Bloom 30 is for adults whose days feel ADHD-shaped, diagnosed or not. It is self-help, not treatment or a diagnosis, and it does not replace a qualified healthcare professional.

What if I miss days?

Nothing breaks. There are no streaks: a missed day waits for you, and you continue from the next day you haven’t done.

Where are my progress and notes kept?

Only in your own browser. DopaFix keeps your purchase so you can open the programme from your account, but never sees your notes or check-ins. You can download your notes as a text file.

What language is it in?

The programme is in English and Brazilian Portuguese for now.

I have a discount code. Where does it go?

On the checkout page, in the discount code field. The new price is shown before you pay.

Can I get a refund?

See the refund policy and the terms of sale.
